Hey Guys
Really enjoyed the show. It;s teaching me heaps not just about podcasting but about building a community and how to present your self on the internet.
Frank
@Avi M It was pleasure to mention the show – pleased your part of the LPN family and we trust that you have found a home befitting your show. Welcome aboard!!!
Hi guys!
I just wanted to offer up a quick thanks for mentioning the JBC Talk Podcast on the Ep 31 of the Emporium. We are very gald to be part of the PodNetwork and look forward to podcasting with you all!!!
Also as James already knows I’m happy to help however I can so don’t be afreaid to ask!!!
Keep Up the great work!
So many comments so soon! We are not complaining, in fact James and I have been blown away by the response to this episode. Thanks for listening and taking the time to voice your appreciation!!
Great show once again – thanks guys. I can also endorse soundsnap.com and luckily, I was a subscriber prior to them changing to a paid service, so I still get my five free downloads a month. We use them all the time for music stings and sound effects. It’s a wonderful resource.
Also, on the microphone topic, I use the Heil PR40 as my main mic, and mics 2 & 3 in the studio are Behringer XM8500 “Ultravoice” dynamics. They are excellent equipment for the money, and I recommend them to podcasters just starting out – just so long as you have a good mixer too!
Cheers!
Steve
Aww! Thanks for the amazing comments, guys! I have no idea what to say in reply but thanks… You guys make it easy to be part of the podcast community, that’s for sure.
Cheers guys – that link to soundsnaps is worth the price of admission alone!
Concerning Dave’s comments on Australian Internet bandwidth, ISPs, and telcos, Canadians are in dialog over recent decisions by government bodies to allow ISPs to implement usage-based billing and caps.
